Employee Provident Fund is the benefits availed by the Employee at the time of his retirement. EPF Is managed and regulated by Employees Provident fund organization EPFO. EPFO is the largest social security organization with a large volume of financial transactions taking place.
EPF registration is mandatory for organization having more than 20 employees. Employers can register online to obtain PF Code and submission of employees contribution details.

- Name & Pan of the Employer
- PAN Card and Aadhar Details of Employees
- Bank Account Details of employees
- Salary details and PF statement of employees
- Identity Proof Employer
- Address Proof of Employer such as the latest Telephone Bill /Electricity Bill/ Bank Account Statement.
- MOA and AOA, Incorporation certificate, partnership certificate whichever is applicable
- Business Address Proofs such as latest Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill of the registered office address
