Documents Required For Registration

  • PAN Card of Employer
  • Identity Proof of Employer such as Aadhar card and Voter ID/ Passport/ Driving License.
  • photo of the shop or establishment along with the applicant or owner
  • Passport size photograph Passport size photograph of the employer.
  • Business Address Proofs such as latest Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill of the registered office address
  • Bank Statement or cancelled cheque leaf
  • Rent Agreement is needed if the registered office is a rented place.
