Documents Required For Registration
- PAN Card of Employer
- Identity Proof of Employer such as Aadhar card and Voter ID/ Passport/ Driving License.
- photo of the shop or establishment along with the applicant or owner
- Passport size photograph Passport size photograph of the employer.
- Business Address Proofs such as latest Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill of the registered office address
- Bank Statement or cancelled cheque leaf
- Rent Agreement is needed if the registered office is a rented place.

- Create profile with appropriate details
- Upload Supporting Documents and Pay the Fees
- Verification by Concerned authorities
